Aliant Café Underground is the coolest event in town! With the generous support of Aliant, high school students from all over the region perform their own poetry, prose and song lyrics. This event highlights all our rising stars on the literary front by giving our young authors a public venue in which to celebrate their creations. Every year, qualified students from grades 5 to 8 present their work at the Aliant Budding Writers event. It is an honor for these students to represent their school and to share their work with the public. |

There is even an event for the youngest writers! Come see Imagination at Work, an impressive display of creativity by students in Kindergarten through grade 4. |
