Pop & Frye

Come discover pop culture in literature with the help of local experts. Feed your imagination and POP your culture!

Held from January to April, Pop et Frye is a series (now entering its sixth season) of informal talks dedicated to the discovery and appreciation of popular culture. These talks are held once a month during the four months leading up to the Festival and alternate between being presented in English and French. Increasingly, the Festival is attracting authors from across the country who happen to be touring in the region during this time of year.
