Elise Pelletier

Elise Pelletier

Communications and governance

Cultural worker, translator, and floral artist, Elise divides her time between flowers and words. She works in the Acadian community sector as a communicator, first in the cultural sphere, then in politics and feminism. Born to gardener parents, Elise discovered a passion-obsession for floriculture and floral design. Self-taught, she developed a practice that combines social justice, floral art, poetry, and documentation. Through her flowers, she explores the relationships that surround her: to the land, to the intimate, to the collective.

Riki Libby

Riki Libby

Technical Solutions Developer

Connected to tech for as long as they can remember, Riki is a digital-native that learned to read, write, and code on the computer. As a professional student, they jumped between several majors (including psychology, arts & culture, and women's studies) before deciding to pursue a career in web development. With an equally broad professional background, from teaching web development to building educational software for grades K-8, they are forever curious and excited to learn.

In their free time, Riki is detangling the wires by disconnecting and finding a balance between cyberspace and meatspace. Most often, you'll find them in the kitchen cooking up a feast, growing plenty of fermented goodies, and baking sweet treats late into the night. In fact, Riki first worked with the FRYE team as a private caterer during the 25th and 26th editions. Now, they're cooking up digital solutions for the festival's tech needs.
