The Frye Festival is
Atlantic Canada's biggest
literary happening.

"The fundamental job of the imagination in ordinary life, then, is to produce, out of the society we have to live in, a vision of the society we want to live in." ... wrote Northrop Frye, in The Educated Imagination (1966).

Since 1999, we have been offering Monctonians and NB youth a bilingual celebration of words, ideas, and the imagination.
